Meet Susana

A Calm Space To Be Yourself.

I'm Susana. I offer a calm, accepting space where you can bring what's happening for you without having to tidy it up first.

Clients often tell me they feel safe and calm with me. I bring a steady, warm presence, meeting you exactly where you are - with curiosity and without judgement.

There is room for whatever you need to bring.

More About Me And My Approach

How I Can Help

Making Sense Of Your Experience.

I work with adults individually, with particular experience in the following areas. You don't need to fit neatly into a category to get in touch.

Anxiety & Depression

Perhaps your mind rarely feels quiet, or life has begun to feel heavy, flat or overwhelming. You may know what's troubling you, or find it difficult to explain.

Together, we can explore what you're experiencing, make sense of what may be contributing to it, and find ways forward that feel manageable for you.

ADHD & Autism

Space to explore your experience of being neurodivergent, whether you have a diagnosis or are wondering what it might mean for you.

We can make room for your needs, strengths and ways of relating to the world.

Childhood & Complex Trauma

We can explore how earlier experiences may be affecting you now, including difficulties associated with complex PTSD (CPTSD).

We work at your pace, with care for what feels manageable.

Relationships & Self-Worth

Individual therapy to explore relationship difficulties, attachment patterns, boundaries and your sense of worth.

A place to consider what you need, what matters to you, and how you want to express yourself.

Burnout

Perhaps you've been keeping going for so long that you feel depleted, disconnected or unable to meet the demands around you. It may be difficult to give yourself permission to stop.

Therapy offers space to explore what has been taking so much from you, listen to your needs, and consider boundaries and changes that could make life feel more sustainable.

Working Together

A Companion On Your Path.

At the heart of therapy is something deeply human: a relationship in which you can feel safe enough to explore, question and grow.

I see myself as a companion as you navigate your own terrain. We take time to understand where you are, what has shaped you, and which direction feels right for you.

Room For All Of You

You Don't Have To Have It All Figured Out.

Together, we can get to know the different parts of you, including those that seem to pull in opposite directions.

There is room for uncertainty, conflicting feelings, and experiences you haven't yet found words for. We can explore what feels true and meaningful in your life, at your pace.

Get In Touch

A First Message Is Enough.
